A contemporary dance workshop that will include the following:

• Contemporary dance technique – improvisation
• Basic lift techniques – contact improvisation
• Physical theatre technique
• Taught rep work from the companies current work
• The opportunity to work individually and in groups to develop the rep work
• Q&A with the company to gain an insight into the world of professional dance and choreography
• The arts management and day to day of running professional company
